STEP 1: Check the registration fees
Discounts apply to members of the organizing institutions: Argentine Society of Bioengineering (SABI) and Peruvian Association of Clinical Engineers (ASPIC).
Due to previous agreements, this discount also applies to members of IEEE EMBS Argentina, Sociedad Uruguaya de Biociencias and SAFIM.

Non-residents in Argentina must pay in cash at the beginning of the event. They will be charged the early or regular registration fee based on the date of their registration form submission.
Argentine participants who choose to pay at the event will incur a 15% surcharge.
Non-residents who have not submitted the registration form in advance will also incur a 15% surcharge.
STEP 2: Argentinians and international participants: complete the Registration Form.

STEP 4: After making the transfer, complete the Payment Form.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION:
Given the current situation, the Organizing Committee has enabled a 5-month installment plan for Argentine residents, maintaining the early registration fee.
Payments must be made monthly from March to July, with one installment per month, without exception
Registration will only be considered formalized once all five installments have been paid, at which point the full registration invoice will be issued.
Payments already made are non-refundable due to accounting and administrative reasons.
